I was so incredibly lucky to go to Malawi to document maternal health for a charity called Immpact which is based at Aberdeen university. For information on the charity check out their website: http://www.abdn.ac.uk/iahs/research/immpact/index.php
While i was there i wanted to have a wee play with the time lapse function on my Nikon D800, i have only ever made one video of me dancing around in my flat, purely for practice and that was swiftly deleted! I placed my camera on a tripod in the immunisation room at Bwaila maternity clinic, mothers and babies queued patiently waiting for their jabs, I set my camera to take an image every 10 seconds for 1.5 hours and this 10 second video was made. Ideally i would have set it up for 8 hours and the speed would be a bit slower but not bad for my first (second) attempt! Click on the link below to view the video.
